THE ROLE

At Personio, Customer Experience is more than a specific role. Rather, it is an integral part of our corporate culture and defines the way our customer teams work. As part of the Customer Experience Team, you will help our customers to understand the product, collect feedback, drive customer growth and help bring HR processes to a new level! The long-term satisfaction of our customers is a significant part of your success!

In our Customer Growth Team, you are a fundamental part of our growth strategy and responsible for maximising our recurring revenue. You actively promote customer loyalty through close interaction with our existing customers in DACH but also throughout Europe.

This position can be hybrid, working in our local office or fully remote.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

  • You own a portfolio of customers and are responsible for all commercial topics with the goal of increasing the net retention of your customer base
  • You qualify customers for upselling potential, independently conduct product demos and continuously build business relationships
  • You identify customer challenges, conduct escalation discussions, and communicate solution options to minimize risk prior to churn
  • You renew customers' contracts, prepare offers and negotiate prices
  • You are the first point of contact for customer billing issues, and you remind them to pay unpaid bills
  • You analyse behaviour and needs of customers (e.g. Health Score, NPS) and suggest specific actions to make them successful
  • You work with clear targets to be able to measure the success of your work

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Account Management / Partnership / Sales Experience: you have earned successes in sales/account management in the last 2-5 years (ideally in a tech or SAAS environment)
  • German and English skills: you have a good command of German (C2 level) and English, both written and spoken
  • Ideally, you have already worked with ticketing or project management software (e.g. Zendesk, JIRA, Gainsight, Confluence).
  • You have an affinity for software and, thanks to your solution-oriented nature, you are a competent contact person for our existing customers
  • You are interested in HR and organisational topics and you enjoy dealing with customers
