Your role

Deloitte recently implemented SAP Fieldglass across the UK and Switzerland to manage our Contingent Workforce and the Procurement of Services.

Reporting to the Fieldglass Product Owner, this role will have responsibilities including ensuring the efficient running of Fieldglass, managing delivery of change and enhancements for Fieldglass and support to business adoption of such change.

This role is an exciting opportunity for anyone who has worked with the SAP Fieldglass before and is looking to build on their system skills, or perhaps looking to move into a role which works more closely with the business.

To be successful in this role you must be able to work on your own initiative and be confident in your problem-solving ability. Occasionally you will be asked to prepare data and presentations for the wider business so excel and PowerPoint skills would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Keeping the solution current to meet legal, regulatory and evolving business requirements
  • Deputising for the Fieldglass Product Owner for holidays/absence
  • Manage stakeholder’s expectations around Fieldglass functionality, promoting standardised solutions
  • Provide subject matter expertise of system Fieldglass configuration and its associated integrations
  • Review all documentation for Fieldglass and associated integrations, making sure documents are sufficiently detailed in order to manage BAU and error handling
  • Support the business in submitting their change requests and where applicable, managing these change requests through to deployment
  • Responsible for carrying out team audits to support the Fieldglass policies around supplier onboarding, user access, change requests etc.
  • Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

Location: Flexible – UK

Work pattern: This is a permanent contract opportunity. The role can be worked on a full-time / part-time / term-time (or other annualised days) basis.

Your professional experience

  • Previous experience of holding an administrator role with regards to Fieldglass / or Fieldglass implementation experience
  • Experience of working in a large complex organisation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working with data
  • Experience running small scale projects
  • Experience of dealing with change within a team
