Your opportunity

As the Campaign Executive/Manager you will work with the NSE C&I Senior Manager to drive the integration and execution of the NSE Industry Insights, Marketing and Eminence programme.

In this interesting and diverse role you will work closely with NSE teams and local geography industry marketing and insights specialists to develop and execute integrated regional insights, marketing and communication plans drawing upon all elements of the marketing mix/communications channels, whilst ensuring compliance with local policies and brand standards.

Your role

  • Day to day management of the NSE insights and marketing programme based on stakeholder briefs and objectives
  • Support the development and execution of the regional insights & marketing campaigns e.g. leverage global and local campaigns across other NSE geographies; repackage internal & external communications across multi-channel assets such as newsletters, webinars, digital, social media, sponsorship and events
  • Coordinate campaign reporting, tracking KPIs and identifying areas for further improvement, as well as collating post NSE campaign de-briefs
  • Ensuring that all NSE campaign plans, and activities within them, are fully focused on driving impact with the most important client groups
  • Manage, promote and track performance of the Industry+ app, working closely with the NSE Industry teams on make sure content is regularly reviewed and refreshed.
  • Interlink with Global Knowledge Management team to leverage and promote industry insights, including KX Collections, industry learning and quals.
  • Where relevant, support local teams with distribution of internal and external marketing content for the regional campaigns; leverage local geography resources i.e., PR, Digital team, design studio, as well as events team, to effectively execute on the planned campaigns across all channels

Location: This role can be based remotely out of any of our NSE geographies

Work pattern: full time 12 month secondment until 31 May 2023, with potential to be extended

Your professional experience

Ideally you will have:

  • Proven experience in marketing campaign management
  • Strong project management skills – formal qualifications not necessary, but an understanding of the key elements and a track record of successful project delivery essential
  • Excellent stakeholder management, confident and comfortable working with people at all levels; ability to build positive working relationships and influence across diverse teams
  • Ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns and activities at any one time, working well under pressure and dealing with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent team player – showing evidence of working well with other specialist teams and individuals to get things done
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing (including presentation skills)
  • Passion for and understanding of the Deloitte brand and wider professional services market
  • Good understanding of the Deloitte operating environment or successful experience working in different team, with different geographies.
  • Helpful if the individual has an understanding of industry/sectors within Deloitte, with the ability to align insights, marketing to focus on heart of the business issues.
  • Experience delivering activity through digital channels, including email marketing, website content, and social media
  • Experience delivering event experiences
