Position Summary

As an Under Armour Rookie (Intern) you’ll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact.

Throughout the 11 months you’ll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors. With our focus on cross-functional collaboration and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.

One of the main goals of Under Armour’s regional IT service delivery team is to optimize processes and support the business in achieving their goals with the help of the latest technology.

As we always strive for more and continuously seeking to improve the overall teammate experience in region. Our aim for the season is to optimize our current mobility services and implement a more streamlined regional solution. You will be part of the project team and will run your own discovery workshops, mapping of existing processes, connect with providers and collect data to create a concept plan to incorporate all mobile contracts under one provider and ultimately assist with the execution of this solution.

It is a great opportunity to learn about different business functions and practice your service delivery skills. Additionally, you will be part of EMEA IT Service Delivery team and will have a chance to learn about how the team operates and what we strive for in our daily tasks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the mobility services in region
• Analyze, manage and support ongoing enhancements with regard to IT Service Delivery services
• Support the day-to-day operations
• Establish and manage relationships with business and external and/or stakeholders

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Willingness to learn & understand business processes. Running discovery sessions and identifying automation opportunities
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to complete tasks within indicated deadlines and ask for help whenever needed.
• Approachable and emphatic
• Knowledge or understanding ITIL

Education And / Or Experience

• Interest in business, Computer Science, Technology management, Engineering, Information Systems
• Microsoft Office365 Suite skills
• Working experience in business administration, IT, Retail industry is an advantage
• Ideally with a background in technology via study, familiarity or experience in other areas such as databases, network, storage and virtualization technology would be beneficial.
• You are a team-player who can manage time effectively and is able to build strong relations with internal & external stakeholders
• You are eager to learn, pro-active, hands-on & have an eye for detail
• You possess a natural instinct for and a genuine interest in the world of performance and sports.
• You are a champion for Under Armour’s values and purpose
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Eager to interact in a multicultural environment
