Position Summary

As an Under Armour Rookie (Intern) you’ll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact while providing quality HR compliance and administrative support to the EMEA HR Team.

Throughout the 11 months you’ll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors. With our focus on cross-functional collaboration

and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.

In this Rookie HR Position we are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable UA Brand Ambassador to external candidates and office visitors. You will evaluate HR Processes and documentation & Process Map the Employee Lifecycle to determine opportunities and areas of improvement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support HR Processes and documentation – Process Map the Employee Lifecycle to determine opportunities and pain points.
  • Collaborate to improve HR documentation on SharePoint specifically to EMEA.
  • Support Total rewards framework: Benefits by improving communication and information on SharePoint.
  • Support Onboarding – Welcome kit, personal integration.
  • Employer Branding Partner closely with Marketing and L&D to plan our Employer branding opportunities.
  • Support TA team on Career / university partnerships / Build the Network.
  • Data – Gather information from previous surveys and consolidate information to form metric based decisions.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Work proactively with other team members.
  • Prioritize activities for the best interest of the team when working on joint projects.
  • Openly share new ideas and information with the team members ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills

Education And / Or Experience

  • Minimum experience as a staff assistant or customer service roles is a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook as minimum.
  • Currently studying a BSc in Human Resources or similar field
  • Personable, able to comfortable and pleasantly deal with a variety of people
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Detail oriented

Other Requirements

You need to have the following

  • EU Citizenship or Enrolled in a study
  • If you are not enrolled in a study, you can still meet the criteria with an EU Citizenship by having a completed a Bachelors or Masters in the last 2 years.
  • Relocate to Amsterdam for 11 months - Sep 2022 - July 2023. Relocation is not offered.
