We are looking to attract a Training Development Manager to join DWF, an award-winning global legal business. The position can be performed from any of our national offices or from home with regular travel to client sites around the UK.
The successful candidate will join our Zing365 Team, a DWF company that became part of the group in May 2021. Zing365 is a leading compliance and professional development provider of in-person, virtual and digital platform-based e-learning to the insurance and financial services industries. The Training Development Manager will design and deliver all of our mandatory and regulated training services, making sure that all courses comply with legislation, regulations and guidance. As Training Development Manager for compliance, they will play a leading role in the development and roll out of our ESG Client Education Programme and will act as the subject matter expert in relation to financial crime, compliance training and ESG. The Training Development Manager will manage a team of employed and self-employed Trainers. You will also undertake post training evaluation and MI.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be able to take ownership of the area and to shape our ESG offering. You will work alongside subject matter experts, will work with a variety of clients, will be responsible for horizon scanning in terms of relevant future content and will thus be able to be creative and innovative in performing the role.

We are keen to hear from experienced Compliance Trainers who have designed and delivered live and virtual training sessions and who can demonstrate a dynamic and engaging approach. You will possess a commercial outlook to be able to proactively seek out opportunities and will come from either a compliance training, risk management, legal training or freelance training background.
