The successful candidate will be part of our Crude Trading Analytics team, currently based in Leatherhead, Surrey (but with a view to relocate to a more central London location in early 2023), providing analysis of oil markets, fundamentals and trading strategies to the Trading Teams and Management to enable and enhance profit capture from trading activities.

The successful candidate will act as a key trading resource, driving opportunity identification / capture via; understanding supply/demand balances and trade flows, developing arbitrage analysis, tracking commodity movements and monitoring market events. This involves working collaboratively with trading analysts across both the globe and the barrel.
The successful candidate will also be assigned to a specific regional crude trading desk, working closely with their traders to provide ad hoc analysis to enable optimal decision making.
