Your challenge:

We are excited to announce that we are looking for a new Talent Acquisition Intern to join our ambitious HR team!

In this role, your duty will be to support the TA Manager in planning and executing all recruitment-related matters. The ideal candidate is available for a minimum of 6 months full-time. The start date will be around the middle of September 2022.

Here's what you'll do:

• Maintaining and updating the recruitment system (ATS system Cornerstone)
• Reviewing and posting job advertisements
• Sourcing on various social media channels such as LinkedIn
• Performing pre-selection of applicants
• Conducting phone screenings and attending interviews together with the TA manager
• Communicating with different stakeholders within the company, such as contacting hiring managers regarding feedback and potential next steps in the candidate search
• Contributing to creative processes such as content on social media
• Supporting and initiating various recruitment projects

About you:

• You are currently studying towards a degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration or related
• You have a good command of English
• You are a gifted communicator
•  You have a proactive attitude to problem-solving and developing solutions
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience from other internships is beneficial
