What you’ll do at Jamf:

At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. The primary role of the Jamf Sales Engineer (also commonly known as a Systems Engineer, SE, Solutions Engineer or Pre-Sales Engineer) is to partner with other members of the sales team to achieve goals. In this role, you will evaluate the technical requirements of new sales opportunities and present technical solutions to meet the needs of prospective and existing customers and partners. You will probably be a good fit for this role if you enjoy talking to people, are technically curious, and like to solve problems in innovative ways.

Responsibilities

  • Be the technical point of contact for prospective and existing customers throughout the sales process.
  • Work jointly with the sales team on strategy & discovery sessions, in order to understand customer requirements, and develop targeted technical solutions with unique business value.
  • Demonstrate Jamf products to prospective customers, either remotely or directly on site.
  • Support product evaluations, proof of concept, and pilot implementations of Jamf solutions to timely success.
  • Represent Jamf by presenting at conferences, events, community groups and roadshows.

Skills & Requirements

  • Fluent oral and written language skills in English (Required)
  • A second European language would be highly regarded (Optional)
  • Experience with presenting/speaking to an audience on technical topics
  • At least one of the following is required:
  • Proficient with Apple technology within a business or education environment.
  • MDM, EMM, UEM experience.
  • Previous SE experience with a software vendor.
  • 3 year's Bachelor Degree or higher
  • A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
  • Able to travel when necessary.
