What you’ll do at Jamf:

At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. You will manage content, processes, projects, best practices, and documentation to improve the effectiveness of the Internal and External Tech Enablement strategy in EMEIA. The role requires working with CE and SE leadership to understand their strategies and objectives. You will also work with Sales leadership and Revenue Enablement teams to align efforts for best results. This role owns and leads projects and major initiatives involving collaboration with and contributions from team members as well as staff across multiple departments.


  • Maintain current knowledge across all Jamf products.
  • Curate existing materials upon minor releases, to maintain relevance to technical audiences within Jamf and partners.
  • Generate content, build tools and infrastructure, deliver training, and establish processes that enable the Technical Enablement team to continually improve, adapt, and increase effectiveness.
  • Identify the ongoing technical need of partners and curate, recommend and communicate content appropriately.
  • Maintain and grow the partner network in EMEIA with the Channel SE teams and Sales team.
  • Own and evolve the monitoring and reporting of partner progress to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission, and vision of the organization.
  • Maintain close alignment with Revenue Enablement Manager.
  • Contribute to the training efforts of the SE teams.
  • Act as a technical point of contact, along with the team, for Product, Marketing, and other departments and leadership.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge and deep understanding of subject matter specific to role assignment, including, but not limited to: SE operations, enterprise and education markets, new acquisitions, Apple platform, and IT ecosystems and instructional design/educator
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Skills & Requirements

  • 2-4 years of Sales Engineer or Systems Engineer (required)
  • 5+ years of technical experience (required), preferably in the software industry
  • 1+ years of successful program or project leadership (required)
  • Strong presentation skills and deep attention to details
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven customer service abilities with good listening skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical terms in an easy to understand, non-technical manner
  • Ability to interact effectively with co-workers in a results-driven culture with an ability to engage and establish trust and rapport with all levels of customers and employees
