THE ROLE

The Digital Partnership Intern supports the E-Commerce Market Places team with the day-to-day coordination of KARL LAGERFELD’s E-Commerce Market Places business, to achieve the channel’s commercial and operational objectives.

The Digital Partnership Intern has strong communication and organizational skills. She/he has interest in e-commerce, fashion and is tech savvy. The Digital Partnership Intern reports directly to the Digital Partnership Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with the seasonal product Master Data creation
  • Assist with the product image production including sample coordination, reshoots, post-production follow up and ad-hoc production requests
  • Assist with product onboarding and image coordination
  • Follow up on customer service requests
  • Weekly sales and operations performance reports
  • Administrative and operational support to the E-Commerce Market Places, stores and warehouse team
  • Assist with research and benchmarking on new digital opportunities

THE PROFILE:

  • Fashion, retail, e-commerce, or business-related studies
  • Enrolled in a University for the entire duration of the internship
  • Candidates should be available full time, 5 days a week
  • Familiar with MS Office
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - particularly Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables)
  • Language: fluent in English, both verbal and written, additional spoken languages are a plus
  • Able to work in a fast pace and international team
  • Able to prioritize and multitask
  • Eye for detail and visual competences
  • Up to date knowledge of the online retail environment
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude
  • The start date is 1 August with availability for at least six months.
