The internship

What does the internship entail:

• Be part of the HEINEKEN eBusiness team, the game-changing and fastest-growing department in our company
• Work with our B2B eCommerce platform, innovate & pioneer in digital, and learn how to work agile & scrum
• Learn what it is like to work for a multi-national company that is known all around the world for bringing ‘true togetherness’
• Be a member of an international and diverse team working in all regions; boosting your professional network
• What are the main responsibilities
• Setting and executing the communication strategy for the DOT team to all our stakeholders on Global, regional and local levels
• Supporting the Product Team in product development by maintaining and refining Product Backlog using Agile principles
• Building and hosting our global eCommerce & digital innovations academy for many stakeholders in more than 25 countries
• With whom (department/colleagues) does the intern primarily work

The department

The eBusiness team is a new team in HEINEKEN, formed to accelerate the Digital Transformation of HEINEKEN. We are pioneers, digitally native, open-minded, diverse and focused on learning & winning together. Our work is pioneering our digital solutions in many different markets. As we are eager to learn we are open-minded to new (outside) knowledge and testing this through MVP and Agile thinking. We are also a diverse team that is inclusive of all people with a big focus on people development. Together we learn, win and celebrate.

The terms of employment

• Your starting date is 1 September 2022
• The internship is fulltime (in consultation also 4 days a week possible)
• The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
• You are registered at an educational institution
• It is a practice-oriented internship
• You will be based in Amsterdam
• You will receive an internship fee of €500
• You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
• If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed

The start of your internship

Together with a diverse group of interns from different departments you will start your internship at HEINEKEN. Together you will be introduced to the organization. Furthermore, you can organize fun activities with your fellow interns.
