You and your job

You work in a challenging, international environment where you contribute to Rabobank becoming a data driven digital bank. Becoming data driven starts with being in control of our data which requires strong data governance, data management and management information. You can contribute to this in the Data and Connectivity Area within in the Tribe Client, Banker & Data, where we have the mission to create well governed data across the tribes.

Practical Examples

• Implementation of Data Management standard on core systems of the bank (e.g. data monitoring, data lineage)
• Maintain data models for Client and Product data
• Create the baseline for optimal use of Data and Analytics platform
• Create periodic management reporting on Data Management status

Top 3 responsibilities

The set up and operationalization of the data management framework within Wholesale and Rural globally in order to make sure teams within the areas are working based on the data management standards of the bank. Topics to think about here are:

• Supporting data management implementation across the CPO tribes
• Running Data Definition Management process (including setup and maintenance of a LDM)
• Data Delivery Agreements (agreements with respect to data exchange), data lineage, record keeping, reference data etc.

The five people in the Data Management Expert team are responsible for the implementation of Data Management within the CPO domain within Wholesale and Rural. You and your talent

• You have an intrinsic motivation to improve data and the usage of data
• You are a self-starter and have the willingness to take initiative where necessary. You take ownership from begin to end of certain delivery or objective
• You have a critical mind-set and are interested in working in a complex, global stakeholder field.
• You have knowledge of or an interest in the application of the Agile, Scrum and Lean principles
• You have good analytical and conceptual skills; capable to translate business requirements to impact on processes and systems
• You have excellent communication skills in English and organizational sensitivity

• a gross salary between € 3,292.21 and € 4,701.62 (scale 8)
• thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance
• an extra budget of 10% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out
• a pension scheme to which you contribute 3.5%
