Your Role:

The foundations of our new ekaterra organisation have been laid following our internal separation from Unilever and the stand-up of ekaterra Leadership and Management teams around the world. We have designed our end state operating model and related legal entity structure to become the world’s number 1 pure play Tea business.

Now begins the most exciting phase of our journey, Project Blossom, as we seek to implement our end-state design, exit our Operations Support from Unilever, and establish ekaterra as a fully standalone and independent business.

Project Blossom requires ekaterra local market teams to develop and ultimately deliver the relevant local establishment plans with the Blossom Country Lead as the Operational Change Manger playing the critical role of leading and coordinating all establishment activities.

Your Key Tasks:

  • Manage and execute the day to day delivery of Project Blossom for your country cluster (Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland)

  • Develop a consolidated cross-functional country establishment plan through close collaboration with the Europe Regional Blossom team and functional workstream leads

  • Engage your country Leadership Team and wider workforce to ensure all Blossom deliverables are understood and executed on time in full

  • Be the first point of contact for any establishment issues as they arise and ensure they are appropriately escalated in a timely manner

Stakeholder Management and key interfaces:

  • Europe Blossom Lead and Project Manager

  • Leadership Team

  • Functional Workstream leads (and local deploys where relevant)

  • Business Integration (BI) and System Integration (SI) local deploys

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrable Project Management and Project Delivery Skills

  • Experience of working cross-functionally

  • Deep understanding of local market commercial requirements and related systems and processes

  • Work experience in (Customer Develoment) operations

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex requirements and expectations in a simple way

Project Blossom is the critical enabler for the long term success of ekaterra with the local Blossom Country lead realizing Blossom’s deliverables on the ground. We need a self-driven individual,with a hands-on mentality, who is motivate to make a transformative contribution to ekaterra. You will be someone who can engage and lead a cross-functional cohort to deliver defined outcomes on time and under budget. You will be highly organised and action orientated with the ability to identify the critical path to success and take the necessary actions to achieve that.
