Lead and manage one of the European Enrichment Teams located in Amsterdam. This team is responsible for the curation of synopsis and metadata, research and collection of the best representative images from studios, distributors, vendors, websites and related sources in a timely manner for entry into an internal database and proofing of content. At the same time, the team’s mission is to enrich the world’s best Entertainment Database at scale, by leveraging our strong domain expertise and by pushing the boundaries of our image standards to sustain innovation.

In an ever changing entertainment world, the Enrichment Team Lead will manage the growing demands of our clients, covering EU markets to make sure product deliveries and deadlines are met. This includes establishing effective communication methods within the Content organisation and other groups. This person will be responsible for establishing and maintaining high performing quality focused teams with a positive culture. The role will involve management of team quality-focused workloads, task assignments, coverage and people management. Other duties include providing support for key accounts in close partnership with Content Business Engagement or Customer Success, as necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership for day-to-day operations and customer projects in accordance with established goals and deliverables.
  • Develop short-term and long-term goals in support of management objectives, monitor progress, and redirect action plans as necessary.
  • Manage and distribute workloads for the team assigned. Prioritise team and individual tasks and delegate accordingly to meet deadlines.
  • Administration duties include, but are not limited to, HR support and payroll, holiday requests, sick leave, overtime, contract renewals, and the interviewing process.
  • Manage the yearly associate goal process and end of year reviews, ensure these are completed in full by the required deadlines.
  • Lead internal Team Meetings and regular Check-Ins with each team member.
  • Client management/Client facing responsibilities including meetings, ad hoc requests as they are required and Salesforce communication.
  • Proactively identify and implement efficiencies to improve workflows within the team/department.
  • Work on internal projects as required and assigned by the Enrichment Manager.
  • Provide coverage solutions for public holidays and after hours if required.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a changing and growing environment while managing multiple priorities and adapting to multiple leaders.
  • Conduct annual and non-scheduled performance appraisals to provide employees with ongoing feedback on performance.
  • Coordinate efforts with other horizontal Team Leaders and other Gracenote divisions to ensure that joint strategic and operating objectives are met.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Be able to see the big picture and have a vision for the future.
  • Be able to work with different departments within the global Gracenote organization.
