The target learner groups cover all practitioners, across skill levels and paths, from new joiners to team leaders and partners.

You will also be responsible for identifying best practices, bringing the best of the firm to your pack and developing approaches to capture synergy.

You will support in-person learning programs as the firm anticipates an increase in running live programs (both in-person and virtually) in the coming period. While the design and delivery of these programs will be primarily be led by the industry practices, large programs may need additional support either in advance or on-site. You are likely to be involved in a (small) number of in person programs per year.
