Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) is a Business-to-Business division in Unilever. It leads the dynamic Food Service market, selling a range of food and beverage products and services to chefs in 75 countries.
We are now looking for talent to strengthen our customer experience team. This team is on a mission to create the best digital experience for our chefs. We are responsible for improving chefs’ experience across all digital touchpoints with a strong focus on UFS.com which is the central point of digital engagement and selling. Working in an agile setting, the team is creating and optimizing for an engaging and buying relationship with our chefs. We get into their mind to understand their needs and transform them into delightful experiences that drive engagement and conversion. In this team of digital experts, we are looking for a UX designer. As part of this dedicated team, you’ll be responsible for creating high-quality, human-centric designs that will drive these objectives.
We are looking for someone passionate about all things concerning user experience. Who is always up-to-date with the latest innovations and design trends. Knowledgeable about interactivity and human-centric design. Someone with a positive, professional, self-starting, and can-do mentality that likes the challenge of working under a deadline-driven environment within an agile setup.
