Role Objective
- Drive the Global (Data & Analytics) D&A Strategy as part of Orchestration team through the new unified operating model across GBUs as per the agreed demand management process with Global and Regional Teams. Region / Global function demands will be captured in Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) template and prioritized in the Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with stakeholders.
- Support the PSOM in the Program Governance processes including program/project management, impact tracking, funding mechanisms / cost management, change management and communications. Foster and promote the community of practice initiatives in the D&A Chapters – Engineering, Data Science, Visualization and Platforms & Architecture.

- Collaborate across D&A Chapters & Global teams on the execution of agreed Strategic Priorities / Use cases / projects.
- Support in the requirement definition and formalization of projects as part of the prioritization process
- Ensure accountability across project teams on quality, timeliness, and cost and work to exceed baseline-level content and deadlines across defined scopes of work as well as new opportunities. Track value delivery of projects versus the business cases
- Develop and manage project plans (team member allocation, timeline, budget, deliverables)
- Identify and capture synergies across projects, driving alignment with multiple stakeholders
- Develop quality content to communicate project plans, wins, and issues to internal and external leadership
- Define and advertise success KPIs and value creation and track the value generated
- Support with budget management, identifying and assigning project budget and defining cross-charge allocation across internal areas
- Recommend and govern vetted vendor SOWs needed to deliver the capability working alongside D&A Chapters
- Develop and grow relationships with various internal and external stakeholders (from D&A Chapter Leads, Vendor partners, intermediary agencies, Reckitt executives and daily points of contacts)
- Contribute to Reckitt’s culture with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.

Profile, Skills and Experience
- 4+ years of managing & delivering projects in the field of Analytics, Reporting, Data Science (ML, AI) etc and reporting value created out of them.
- Experience in using cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, AWS to build future ready capabilities in scrum / agile methodology.
- Use of DevOps and Agile Tools for managing internal and external teams.
- Strong analytical and consulting skills, rooted in ability to draw and communicate insights from multiple data points
- Excellent consultative approach to developing and managing business relationships
- Innovative thinker with prior evidence of successfully executing upon ideas
