Internship Talent & Culture

As an intern Talent & Culture you fulfill a central role within the organization, you experience all aspects of HR. You mainly focus on the talent we already have in house; pay salaries, help team members to develop themselves, keep records and, most importantly, ensure that every colleague is completely at home within Helloprint. In addition, you will also be involved in our recruitment process to hire new Helloprinters; writing vacancies, contacting candidates and participating in job interviews. In short, you do everything you can with us to ensure that we have the best team and that everyone can outperform so that we can achieve our business goals together.

What you'll do

• Think about optimising processes and take a critical look at the current situation - we want to continuously improve so that we can realize our ambition of 'Best Employer';

• Support the Talent Management team in the monthly changes for, among other things, new team members and changes in the salary administration;

• Provide monthly management reports on the costs we incur for our team members;

• Help ensure that the HITweek, our Helloprint International Training Week, runs smoothly for our new team members;

• Work together with the other Talent Managers to map employee happiness and to improve this every month;

• Check and write vacancy texts where necessary and ensure that they are posted in the right place so that we have maximum reach;

• Support the teams by participating in the job interviews;

• Be the first point of contact for our team members if they have questions about their contract or other HR-related matters;

• Involve yourself in other HR projects. We would like this, where possible, to match your personal interests.

What we're looking for

• You are following a HBO or WO education in business economics, accountancy, business administration or something similar; please note, it is a requirement to be registered with a study program during the entire internship period;
  
• 5-6 month availability - we have some great opportunities and sources for research, but we also offer solely hands-on practical internships;
• Motivation to learn more about HR, learning & development, payroll, recruitment, etc.;
• A dynamic and flexible personality so that you fit well within the Helloprint environment;
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work well together due to your excellent communication skills;
• A strong opinion and not afraid to substantiate it with the right arguments;
• An efficient work style that makes you always looking for new and better ways to do the job, based on things you hear and see.
