Job Description

In your role as the Global Talent Management Intern you will have the chance to work in a dynamic department that has a global overview across 40 markets and is responsible for the strategy and implementation of Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning & Development and Engagement. An international outlook and many topics to cover!

You will report into the Global Talent Manager and will support the full Global Talent department with crunching data, setting up the logistics of our Learning Initiatives and supporting the execution of our Performance and Engagement processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn a lot and want to do things at the same time.

Key responsibilities

  • Collect and analyse data for Talent processes and initiatives, provide reporting (Excel) and create visual overviews (PowerPoint) for updates and decision making purposes
  • Organise and coordinate onboarding initiatives for the International Headquarters’ new joiners; improve our onboarding initiatives based on received feedback; refresh of our digital onboarding playlist of introductory videos
  • Organise Learning & Development trainings, keep them up-to-date in our Learning Management System (LMS) and analyse data to support our annual reporting
  • Audit, create and execute a project for the update of the Global HR-for-HR Community SharePoint
  • Support communication around talent projects by drafting communication materials and visuals
  • Coordinate the organization of our annual Talent Network face-to-face conference and keep close contact/ support with our Talent Managers Network.

For this role as a Global Talent Management Intern, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Enrolled in a University for the whole duration of the internship (HR degree is not mandatory, but affinity with HR is important)
  • You are eager to learn, not afraid of analyses and comfortable to work with data
  • You are detail-oriented with a hands-on mentality, a problem-solver
  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint know-how
  • Fluent in English both verbally and in writing.

Your application at JDE

The monthly internship allowance is € 500,- for a WO student and € 450,- for a HBO student, based on a fulltime 40 hour workweek. The length of the assignment is 6 months with a starting date in mid-August 2022.

Please note that if you are a non-EU citizen you need to be enrolled at a Dutch University to be considered as a candidate.
