In Amberscript we have successfully established partnerships with leading video-platforms such as Kaltura, Mediasite, or Company Webcast. These integration partners resell Amberscript's solution directly within their video-ecosystem. These partnerships are a win-win as the integration partner can offer a more complete product portfolio and as both parties can generate additional revenue from selling captioning and translation services.

Your main task will be to acquire additional partners (via outbound sales, congresses and networking) and to grow existing partners through launching shared marketing and sales campaigns. The ability to integrate with existing video ecosystems is of strategic importance for Amberscript's growth and therefore this role will have a high degree of exposure within the company.

As a Team Player and a key member of the Commercial Management Team, you will build on the work completed to date to help deliver both the Partnerships vision as well as the group vision, whilst having input in how to shape and drive the company into the future.

In order to succeed, you must be able to create a strong network of partners, be passionate about the social impact that Amberscript are making for the Corporate World and be proactive with a continued appetite to provide value through innovation and hard work to the customers and the investors.

Your goal is to ensure that the build out of this pivotal part of the business will be delivered successfully and add the highest possible value to the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE

Expectations:

  • Onboard 10 new strategic partnerships
  • Design and execute a clear strategy on how to grow the partnerships with integration partners
  • Define a clear go-to-marketing playbook for partners
  • Run successful joint go-to-market campaigns with partners to grow revenue

Day to day:

  • 60% - Build network with new potential partners (by doing outreach, joining conferences) & closing new partnership agreements
  • 20% - Grow existing partnerships by conducting shared marketing activities and by incentivising the sales team of the partners
  • 10% - Formulate a clear partnership vision for Amberscript
  • 10% - Coordinate between the Product Team and the Partner to push the integration process forwards

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are just as comfortable digging into an Excel model as you are giving an interview on the six o'clock news
  • You have a background in Partnerships or sales and have helped other companies scale in the industry
  • You have been working with marketing channels and have a good understanding of how to create a clear strategy to execute against
  • Experience with SaaS and start-up environments is a big plus
  • You have a strategic mindset and have worked in entrepreneurial environments previously
  • You are a strong communicator with a hands-on mentality and are not afraid of getting the work done
  • You have a natural drive to support your ambitions with numbers and data, can quickly test new ideas, and pivot where necessary
  • You are truly entrepreneurial and want to grow an instrumental part of the business
