All about the role

As our HR Ops Innovation Intern, you will have the opportunity to support our automation journey in HR by creating and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This is a hands-on internship, and whether you’re working with the change management team on initiatives or teaching the bot its next steps to follow, all your work will have a real impact.

Collaboration is a key part of this internship, enabling you to learn from a wide range of colleagues. That means working closely with subject matter experts in HR Ops and connecting with all relevant business stakeholders to keep them updated on project timelines.

In this internship, you will have the opportunity to:

• Gain valuable experience of implementing systems in HR
• Learn the general processes that are required to ensure proper payroll activities between our different markets worldwide
• Work on a fast-paced schedule of activities throughout each month, learning how to be output-driven and deliver great work in a changing environment
• Build a good understanding of what it means to work in a global HR department, with a newly developed operating model, as part of a food tech powerhouse
• Develop your communication and collaboration skills by working with your team and internal stakeholders

Can you deliver…

Here are the skills and experience we need from you:

• Currently studying for a degree in Human Resources or Tech
• Strong analytical skills, combined with a passion for systems & technology solutions
• Well-organised and highly motivated with great attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Able to manage your work efficiently and accurately & thrive in a team environment
• Open-minded and enthusiastic about working in a multicultural global business
• Comfortable taking on feedback and always looking for development opportunities
• Fluent English language skills (written & spoken). Additional languages are an advantage
