About OSG and Trivium Business System (TBS)

OSG supports Trivium overall, primarily in Europe, with technical and process expertise necessary to maintain our global leadership position in metal packaging. The OSG team consists of experts with the deepest know-how of all our production core processes. In this role, they oversee manufacturing equipment investments (CAPEX (capital expenditure)), lead projects in increasing our productivity and quality gains, and support our plants in some of the most challenging technical issues. With the renewed management attention on operations, quality, and return on capital expenditures, OSG will be involved in critical operations and CAPEX projects from an early stage.

Trivium Business System aims for Best-In-Class execution of fundamental business processes, including Project Management, Supply Chain Automation and Operational Risk Management. With standardized Tools, defined processes and systematic training we target to improve Trivium’s capabilities and a common operating language.

The Project Management Office (PMO) Oversee business projects and ensure that are completed on time and within budget. They also endure all team members uphold the company standards throughout each project’s development and execution. Part of the PMO is Supply Chain automation and Operational Risk Management, position is chosen as both functions are more operating from a PMO structure compared to the 4 Technology driven workstreams within OSG.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibility of OSG Head of PMO include managing the day-to-day activities in the PMO, providing guidance on PMO policies and processes, overseeing project management staff, and collaborating with the other OSG workstreams, Business Units and European plants to develop projects and programs.

• Collaborating with other business leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects. (Group, BU, Plant level)

• Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.

• Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.

• Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives.

• Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.

• Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.

• Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.

• Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.

• Collaborate with other supporting functions like HSE, IT, Procurement, Finance and Legal

• Driving standardization of equipment, to support way of operation, interchangeability, and technical service

• Define performance standard benchmarking and make proposals for improvements (SC Automation)

• Manage a team of technology/process experts and project managers

Requirements for the job

• >5 years of relevant work experience covering

o Project Management

o Change Management

o Supervisory positions

o Senior position at an industrial company, preferred packaging

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Administration or a related field

• A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or similar

• Proven ability to design and execute projects in a complex environment

• Good written and verbal communication skills

o Fluent in English and German language

• Analytical and systematic approach

• Strong attention to details and technicalities.

• Excellent organizational and technical skills.

• Ability to plan, think strategically and work independently

• Team player with the ability to remove obstacles and get things done by working collaboratively and successfully across all levels of the organization
