EY employees are given the opportunity to go through a 10-month innovation cycle: from idea to start-up.

What you can expect – enriching experiences that will last a lifetime

You are going to be part of the NL Innovation team. The NL Innovation team plays an essential role in realizing the innovation objectives of EY. You will work in an experienced, collaborative, and action-oriented team, interacting on a daily basis with all business units. As an intern, you work fully on the rollout of NL Innovation’s corporate innovation program in the Netherlands and EMEIA region. Your responsibilities are:

· Experiment with Microsoft Power Apps and PowerBI to bring together the SharePoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office 365 environment.

· Stay in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the IT.

· Participate in the NL Innovation sessions, to learn how to apply innovation methodologies (e.g. Lean Startup, Agile SCRUM, Design Thinking, Customer Development).

· Interact and align with stakeholders from relevant departments within EY and convert NL Innovation’s strategy into practical operations.

The ideal candidate is above all resourceful. You are good at getting things done. You are passionate for innovation, persuasive and flexible. You feel comfortable in a multi-cultural environment and have a good sense of humor. Furthermore, you meet the following criteria:

· Still enrolled at University (HBO/WO) for a study in Technology, IT, Business Analytics, Business or related fields.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications and/or SharePoint and experience with configuring a SharePoint site.

· Fluency in English, written and verbal communication.

· Affinity with technology, entrepreneurship and innovation and interest in working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Experience in launching your own company or initiative is preferred.

· Self-starter individual with the willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and get the job done.

· A team player attitude.
