Associate Consultant

Summary:

As our Associate Consultant, you'll use analytical and critical thinking skills to engineer solutions that empower our customers to work more accurately and efficiently — the work that you do will have a direct, tangible impact on our clients and their ability to conduct business. Our Consultants partner directly with customers around the world to design, configure, and implement the HighRadius solution with our client's existing systems, helping solve their biggest pain points related to financial transactions.

Essential duties of the position:

• Develop an expert level understanding of HighRadius’ products and understand how they are used to solve problems for our clients
• Provide front-line product technical support to both the implementation and customer value teams for the entire suite of HighRadius Cloud SaaS solutions
• Technically-intense role with primary focus on providing technical support to implementation
• Detect, diagnose, and resolve issues that occur during and after implementation and create a scalable strategy to address problems
• Display excellent communication skills in both technical and non-technical contexts
• Work with product engineering team on enhancement requests
• Work with the globally distributed team
• Support global roll-outs to various countries

Desired requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis on quantitative analysis; Master's Degree preferred
• 7.5 or higher final grade preferred
• Self-motivated individuals with drive to succeed
• Analytical and Problem Solving skills
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English is required, other languages a plus
