Data is a powerful tool in solving marketing and business problems. But only if the data itself is of high quality! And you play an essential role in this as an Analytics Engineering consultant.

As a Analytics Engineer, as we are called these days, you are in front of the data value chain. You ensure that the required data for running machine learning models, creating dashboards or lots of other data use cases is tracked, extracted and modelled. In that process, you also advise clients on how to get value from data and what types of data use cases improve marketing performance. The emphasis of Team Analytics is on data collection and not analysis whilst collaborating closely with other data specialists like data engineers, data scientists, business intelligence consultants and digital marketeers.

In our 7-month traineeship that starts on September 1, you will learn everything you need to know from our experts to become a Technical Analytics Consultant or Business Intelligence Consultant.

The program consists of 3 parts:

  1. Theory: under the guidance of our experts, you will learn all the basics of data collection, analysis, visualization and consultancy. Through lectures, self-study and challenging cases you will delve into tools such as Analytics, Tag Management and Data Studio and you will explore BigQuery in Google Cloud. Then you will continue with one or more code languages: JavaScript, SQL and Python. You will also learn how to do GDPR compliant measurement implementations and how to help customers in a cookieless world. You can then discover and reproduce our previous implementations with the acquired skills.
  2. Participating in practice: Step by step, we involve you in current projects, and your role in them will become more and more important. Think of an intake with the customer, drawing up measurement plans, performing audits and tag management implementations, building dashboards and especially looking for collaboration with other teams!
  3. Own projects: With all the theoretical knowledge and your practical experience gained in the meantime, you will get a few of your own projects. Instead of you watching with us, we watch with you until you have everything under control.

Ready? steady? go!
