Getting to know everything about the Partner stage and learning the ropes while doing it. As a partner trainee, you work together with the Partner Success team on all matters regarding the institutions that are currently in a partnership with FeedbackFruits. You will work with different partner universities around the world and maintain relationships with different high-level stakeholders. In this role it is essential you have a proactive work approach, great communication skills, and eager to learn all you can about our partners and our company.
Responsibilities (from high to low priority):
1. Partner - external (65% of your time):
- Organize and join the bi-weekly/monthly calls and/or meetings
- Responsible for the preparation and follow-ups and requests of the meeting
- Take responsibility half way through the traineeship of your own accounts
- Push for adoption, retention and upsell
- Build relationships with contact persons
- Assist in the training of the team, able to give workshops online
- Prepare and partake in evaluation meeting with partner institutions
- Report on data focusing on usage, adoption and engagement, amongst others
- Communicate relevant information to other departments (New Business, Product, Support and Marketing)
- For example: workshops, marketing materials, integrations, etc.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new partner institutions
- Participate in events and conferences, such as InspirED 2022, InstructureCon, etc.
- Responsible for the measuring institution satisfaction project (staff, instructors and students)
2. Partner - internal (35% of your time):
- Be part of the International Pilot and Partner team
- Assist and report in meetings
- Provide knowledge and input on strategy
- Work and get responsibility over team projects and process improvements
- Participate in meetings with other departments (New Business, Product, Support an Marketing)
- Collaborate with other departments on internal and external projects
- For example, event organization with Marketing
- Participate in the Company update meeting
- Develop your own projects of interest within our department
