(Jr) HR OFFICER

As part of the global LeasePlan corporation, LeasePlan Digital is looking for a (Jr) HR Officer to join our HR team based in Amsterdam and Dublin.

Our LeasePlan Digital HR team currently counts 3 HR Business Partners, 7 Talent Acquisition Partners, an HR Officer, a Head of Talent Acquisition and an HR Director. Over the last three years, we have hired over a thousand new employees. We are currently rolling out our new digital operating values, developing lots of new cool HR deliverables. Yes, we face many complex challenges, but we have fun every day. So, how does that sound?

Hold on, and there is more. Let us tell you also what the role is about:

  • You will assist in the development, implementation and optimization of HR tools and policies aimed at increasing the level of professionalism in LeasePlan Digital’s HR support;
  • You are the first point of contact for Managers and Employees about specific HR tools and policies, such as Employee Performance Management and Training & Development;
  • Your responsibility is to handle the HR administration of the permanent employees (draw up employment contracts & letters) in compliance with Dutch legislation and maintain all HR information systems and all personnel files accurate and up to date;
  • Also, the administrative onboarding (incl. relocation) and off boarding of (new) staff to create an engaging employee experience, organize and facilitate the monthly introduction meeting for new joiners is what you do;
  • Ensuring an accurate & up-to-date personnel administration is your responsibility too;
  • Furthermore, we want you to take initiatives to automate and improve HR processes as much as possible to create efficiency;
  • You provide requested, and non-requested advice, support, and guidance to employees, managers, and HRBP’s within LeasePlan Digital related to HR-related topics (e.g. compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development). Answer HR-related questions accurately and in a timely manner;
  • And you ensure that Statements Of Work are in place and signed for every contractor hired by LeasePlan Digital BV. Monitor and discuss end dates of contracts with Managers.
  • Optimizing the administrative flow of contractor management is also part of this job.

What do you need to do the job successfully?

  • You focus on the key inputs for our organization and deliver quality ​​results on time;
  • You’re proud to give your best at all times and respect yourself and everyone else;
  • You like to win together;
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or Psychology;
  • A Few years of relevant work experience, preferably in the field of HR;
  • Some experience in working in an international, multicultural, fast-paced environment;
  • Experience with Workday Human Capital Management Software would be great;
  • Excellent verbal and written Dutch and English communication skills are required.
