In this role, you have the opportunity to:
- Support the HRBP of Site Best on exciting workstreams and programs to leverage the full potential of site Best. Site Best has a total size of over 3,500 employees, with diverse functions in the areas of R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing, Q&R and more. This site is known for inventing and developing key healthcare products and solutions. A transformational program started in the summer of 2021 and is starting to get into the execution phase beginning of 2022. You will have the opportunity to be part of this exciting journey!
- Co-drive HR projects for Site Best, such as onboarding, driving engagement, talent attraction etc.
- Get to know many organizations within Philips, as it will go across organizational boundaries.
- Translate Site Best and NL activities to Factory environment
You are a part of
A site management team and HR team, consisting of program management, HR and communications, and will work closely with several project managers. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with employees and leaders from the functions we support.
You are responsible for
- You will collaborate with the team on data analytics, reporting and improvement;
- You will support and/or lead several HR projects (e.g. focus groups, onboarding);
- You will get the chance to plan, coordinate and track various (sub)projects;
- You will work on initiatives across a wide scope of organizations, including R&D, Manufacturing, etc. This will offer you the chance to collaborate with a very diverse group of stakeholders from across the company.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Currently studying towards your Master/Bachelor in HR.
- Tech-savvy; data analytics experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
- Proactive learner and self-motivated
- Experience in Project Management and HR is an added value
- Previous internship experience within a multinational environment is an added value.

- Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €900 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.
- Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if the location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the landlord, and your normal home-work travel distance needs to be more than 50 km or travel time (one-way trip) needs to be more than 1.5 hours.
- Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €145,- net
- Paid holidays per internship term.
