You and your job

Working within KYC tech is very challenging. As Junior Pega Devops Engineer will be working with a lot of diverse stakeholders, squads, colleagues and technologies. This provides you the opportunity to learn a lot during this first period within the bank together. We place Pega as a central pilar, we talk tech where we can and talk business when needed. At the same time, you work with other Young Professionals on several business challenges, that cover broader topics within the bank. With the latest technology at your fingertips, there’s nothing keeping you from boosting your career!

Practical Examples

Together with squad Indra, Inferno & Rocket we are developing workflow management also known as WFM within cloud based Pega technology. The application where you are working on answers the question if a customer can be or stay a customer of Rabobank at a certain moment in time. We are the gatekeepers of the financial system with systems like WFM!

You and your talent

• a bachelor or master degree, or an equivalent working / thinking level
• Work experience within IT
• affinity with software development, and already some experience with the programming language Pega
