We help our customers bring their ideas to life combining our high-tech solutions with our expert business process knowledge of their specific-industry. Our industry specific tribes have full P&L responsibility, incl. GTM, delivery / customer success, support, R&D and marketing.

We provide standardized Software-with-a-Service solutions, ranging from full SaaS solutions to development tooling, templates and connectors to support optimization of key business processes within the entire supply chain. We continuously add new offerings to our solutions catalogue, based on our customers’ needs.

Our solutions are mostly built on the low-code / no-code platform of Mendix, a partner at the very top of Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for multi-experience development platforms.

Your role

  • You will prepare, implement and help maintain marketing and sales processes to make our commercial function more effective.
  • You will serve as the subject matter expert of the CRM application, currently HubSpot but expected to migrate to Salesforce, to drive process improvements and sales productivity.
  • You will support the sales force in the full sales process from lead to deal and driving sales team “data discipline”.
  • You will provide support in preparing pricing, commercial proposals, and contractual arrangements.
  • You will monitor and analyze marketing campaigns, conversion rates, customer lifetime value, campaign ROI and all metrics you set for us to follow.
  • You will monitor and report on marketing & sales performance against targets, prepare sales forecasts and help identify trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions (incl. the creation of valuable business information via reports and dashboards).

What you’re bringing to the table:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • You have experience in sales of Software / SaaS solutions, combined with services.
  • Your experience covers the full marketing & sales process from lead to deal.
  • You have extensive experience with multiple CRM systems, including HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • You have a strong commercial acumen, combined with a focus on processes.
  • You have a passion for systems, data accuracy and analytics.

About you

  • You are a self-starter, with the capability to build relevant connections with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are a team player, but can also work independently when needed. It’s all about execution power.
  • You are detail oriented, and meticulous in numbers and sales proposals.
  • You are fluent in English, and preferably in Dutch and / or German and you are a great communicator to different stakeholders at CLEVR.
  • You are tech savvy, and competent with CRM, MS Office, Confluence, etc.
  • You have the ability to focus on set targets and not get distracted.
