Insights & Analytics Marketing Internship

Job Description

This role is part of the Global team for the hygiene business unit for our different categories ( Center of Excellence, Air Care, Dish Care, Surface & Disinfection and Fabric Care) which is predominantly about supporting cross functional teams like Marketing and R&D launch new and exciting products. Your role is to ensure that consumers are at the heart of everything we do in Hygiene! You will support in the end-to-end process of Product Development, from early stage ideation to final validation.

Key Responsibilities: (Training will be provided)

• Supporting I&A Manager & Lead on projects and research
• Use quantitative and qualitative research tools
• Navigate through analytical dashboards and derive data and conclusions
• Briefing external research agencies to conduct research
• Supporting Marketing teams on multiple briefs
• Supporting on Presentations, Workshops and Consumer centric programs

Profile:

• Willingness to learn - we recognise a lot of this role requirement will be new to applicants, and whilst support will be provided, there needs to be a strong and fast willingness to learn & adapt
• People Person – there will be a lot of people you will work, therefore being able to engage people is very important
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Understands the basics of business
• Strong numerical background
• Strong presentational skills
• Good communicator
• Strong Time Management skills
• Advanced Excel and PPT skills
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing or Psychology
