What you’ll do:

As a Senior CRM & Sales Expert, you are positioned within DSM’s Group Digital Services, in the Digital Business Execution cluster. You will find your new work- home in the Prospect to Order tribe which is focusing mainly on Marketing & Sales product development and have the opportunity to work with the latest Microsoft technologies and solutions in enterprise-level environments.

In this role, you will be expected to focus on designing and building digital solutions that enable our sales and customer service teams to improve the customer relation, use data insight to work smart and grow our business outcome. Within the Agile DevOps team, you will bridge the gap between the business requirements and the development of technical solutions.

You will spend most of your time consulting directly with our business stakeholders, designing solutions and pro-actively advising on CRM process improvements based on performance insights and Microsoft innovations. Using your extensive knowledge of the Microsoft landscape, you will architect, design, and implement high-quality CRM solutions to our business stakeholders together with the colleagues in the CRM team.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Translate and document functional and non-functional requirements into unambiguous technical applications designs and/or use stories and ensure optimum efficiency and functionality
  • Facilitate design workshops to define the functional solution as well scope the detailed functional requirements and estimated budget in close collaboration with the business product (project) owner
  • Be the liaison between business, end-users, customers and the Digital Technology Engineers and ensure the solution is delivering the expected experience and business outcome
  • Leverage best practice processes and technologies by convince and explaining stakeholders and their users of value add
  • Collaborate with peers to share knowledge and increase global usage & leverage

You bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree, for example in Applied Computer Sciences or Business Administration
  • Understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications
  • Understanding of the business processes in the CRM areas such as:
  • – lead management
  • – opportunity management
  • – account relationship management
  • – Survey Management / Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • – Complaint Management
  • – Case management
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum software development environments
  • Collaboration skills to orchestrate activities with diverse level of stakeholders with adequate sense of urgency and to share insights with colleagues
  • Team player who fosters teamwork in a global, multicultural and virtual context
