Regional marketing manager

Magnet.me is a growing tech company on a mission to make it easier to find a job you love. You will be

• Responsible for growing Magnet.me in a specific region in the Netherlands.
• You live in/around Utrecht as we are searching for a Regional marketing manager who is responsible for this region.
• Driving students and young professionals to the platform, through:
• Partnerships
• Brand activations
• Marketing campaigns
• Keeping track of our performance and doing data analysis on signups, supply and demand (in terms of relevant jobs and companies for instance)and other KPIs.
• Engaging proactively with our target audience (e.g. host drinks, give talks etc.).
• Thinking of new initiatives and ways to continuously improve ongoing efforts.

Your experience

• A clear track record of getting things done.
• You have experience with working in teams.
• You love using data to validate whether you’re on the right track.
• You have fluent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
