We are in the process of technically merging several companies with different sales tools. We want to have a common view on the sales funnel, our leads and opportunities. It is quite conceivable that we will also introduce a new tool, the implementation of which you will of course accompany intensively in your role.

As a CRM Manager, you will…

  • act as an internal consultant who helps us to reduce complexity in the tool, simplify the handling and make the tool more usable
  • manage Salesforce.com implementation and optimization projects which form the basis for account-based and data-driven campaigns
  • ensure that CRM systems are at the center of customer communication, marketing and sales activities and reporting
  • ensure that Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and Pardot are properly integrated into existing systems and structures
  • Define and implement E2E CRM processes into existing systems and structures
  • integrate automation tools and platforms in Salesforce.com and create automation workflows, reports and dashboards
  • Define and run sales and marketing through E-Mail, social media and classic channels
  • assure compliance with GDPR-relevant topics

You will enjoy this job if you…

  • have at least 2 years professional experience in a salesforce.com relevant context (SFDC sales cloud and marketing automation tools)
  • experience with Pardot/Salesforce implementation and Salesforce Connector to sync Pardot and Salesforce accounts
  • Pardot administration or another marketing automation tool experience are experienced in partner, lead or opportunity management and possess expert knowledge in CRM and B2B funnel management
  • are experienced in realizing an efficient and data driven market penetration
  • have good communication skills, analytical skills and team-orientation
  • have excellent problem-solving abilities
  • are business fluent in English and ideally German
