As a HR Digitalisation Intern at ADC, you will work closely together with our People & Culture team. You will contribute by identifying and implementing HR systems and improve it to create the best employee experience. You will serve HR liaison to IT function and learn how to provide technical guidance by working with the People & Culture team. Your efforts will contribute to the delivery of our HR change projects.

What you do:

  • Support People & Culture team on activities related to HR digitalisation and implementation projects
  • Contribute by identifying and implementing HR systems
  • Actively create, implement, evaluate and improve our HR processes and create the best employee experience.
  • Help People & Culture become more scalable
  • Serve HR liaison to IT function and learn how to provide technical guidance by working with the People & Culture team
  • Take part in weekly meetings about the plans, results and strategy and support People & Culture roadmap 2022
  • Help the Support Team (COO, Office Management) where it is needed
  • Be a brand ambassador by embracing our company values: quality and value, trust and ownership

What you bring:

  • Enrolled at an Dutch educational institute for the entire duration of the internship with preferably MSc or BSc in the fields of Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, Information Technologies, Business Administration or similar
  • Strong passion for digitalisation, technology, tooling, preferably in HR transformation context
  • High level of self-motivation; you are someone who is motivated to help HR topics and eager to continuously develop them.
  • Project management skills; you are someone who is able to perform and prioritise multiple tasks and demonstrates a close attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organised and adaptable: able to define structure and ability to adapt to change quickly
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • You have a strong ethical framework and a strong sense of responsibility, accountability, ownership and helping others
