We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Bachelor or Master student who is interested in making a difference in Talent Acquisition at Kraft Heinz!

The position

During the internship- you get your own portfolio- projects and responsibilities. You will get the chance to learn everything about Kraft Heinz- not only about the business but you will also get to know the people! You will find yourself in a young- dynamic and international team- where you will be working as an equal business partner from day one. We are looking for someone who is energetic- ambitious and driven. Our aim is to look for students who might stay at Kraft Heinz upon completion of their studies.

Responsibilities & Tasks throughout the role include:

  • Attracting and selecting candidates for our International Trainee Program- focusing on Continental Europe.
  • Supporting the Manager Talent Acquisition CE / Senior Manager Employer branding & UR International.
  • Maintaining relationships with Universities and student associations. You will also attend scheduled events (a little teaser: these events are planned throughout Continental Europe).
  • Active participation in Diversity- Inclusion & Belonging initiatives/events.
  • Building relationship with internal stakeholders throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

Job requirements

  • Bachelor/Master- field of studies is less relevant. We are mainly looking for the right mindset!
  • You should have good communication skills in English- both written and verbal (Dutch is a big bonus).
  • You are enrolled at a university for at least 50% of the internship duration.

NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship or you are studying in the Netherlands)
