As an experienced Customer Data Management professional, you have experience with Customer Data Platforms or Data Management Platforms which enables you to provide specialist expertise to clients. You will work in multi-disciplinary teams to analyze, design, implement and integrate architectures. You make key design decisions regarding (but not limited to) identity resolution, audience segmentation, data integration and enrichment within the domain of Customer Data Platforms. You work closely with functional teams and technical teams to determine (non-)functional scope and you propose scenarios or a roadmap to reach a target architecture. You bring architecture best practices to the table and can influence, consult and convince client stakeholders and internal teams on your architectural choices.

In this role you will have the opportunity to be a major contributor to the customer data platforms practice at Accenture Interactive.

Qualifications 

Your responsibilities

  • You play a pivotal role in helping our clients to achieve success in their personalization journey. The key role you will play is the Customer Data Platform consultant
  • Take on the role as a critical team member in both implementation projects as well as in discovery to ensure ideation of uses cased based on value drivers and challenges
  • Fully manage CDP implementation from designing an implementation that enables the development of uses cases, creating architecture assets and leading the end-to-end delivery
  • Collaborate with Digital Strategists and Data Engineers on customer data platforms integrations and technical implementations.
  • Ensure that delivery architecture is implemented according to policies/standards and solution is benchmarked externally
  • Interact and collaborate with the global delivery network to ensure effective delivery and a smooth transition of services
  • Understand what Customer Data Platforms offer and make sure that clients are aware and benefit of available features
  • Contribute to assets/offerings & thought leadership
  • Aid in the design and development of the solution

Your background

  • You have a completed Master’s degree within a business, marketing, or technical direction.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more Customer Data Platforms or Data Management Platforms (ideally; Adobe Experience Platform, Tealium, Blueconic, Salesforce CDP/customer 360 or Relay42)
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written communication), Dutch speaking beneficial.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, structured, strong analytical and results-oriented mindset
