The Willis Towers Watson Rewards Data & Software Practice is a global center of excellence for compensation, benefits and employment practices information – helping clients to understand the pay and benefits markets and reward trends in which they operate.

As a Rewards Analyst you become a key player in collecting our solid and up to date market data through a wide variety of compensation and benefits surveys and you will work on related client projects. You are expected to become a primary relationship manager for key client groups. We offer you a very steep learning curve, and we expect you to create and grab opportunities whenever they arise.

We are organized as a Benelux team, providing advice to companies in Belgium and the Netherlands. In addition, we partner with colleagues across Western Europe and the globe on a daily basis to support our global and multinational clients. Our compensation experts are global leaders in effectively aligning executive and broad-based employee pay and other rewards with the interests of our clients’ stakeholders. Our team consults to a broad array of clients on matters related to compensation and benefits.

The Role

  • Roll out a wide variety of compensation and benefits surveys and work on related projects.
  • Ensure our client’s understanding of survey content and methodology.
  • Collect and analyse compensation and benefits data and conduct checks and validation.
  • Help our clients ensure that their reward programs are competitive by leading benchmarking projects.
  • Partner with clients to design compensation programs to attract, reward and retain talent.
  • Day-to-day relationship management of client accounts
  • Effectively present client deliverables
  • Contribute to new business development by raising client awareness of products and services and identify cross selling opportunities.

The Requirements

  • You have a Master’s degree and 0-2 years of working experience
  • You are interested in discovering the consulting environment and can’t wait to work with multiple clients across the world and sectors and in a fast paced environment
  • Strong interest in one of the following is absolutely required: HR (compensation and benefits, recruitment, payroll etc.); financial sector, sales or revenue-generation; market surveys or statistics/data
  • You are eager to learn, creative and a team player
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You have excellent analytical skills, are accurate and have attention to detail
  • You are proactive, flexible and have a can-do mentality
  • You have excellent skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English and Dutch is required
