The Junior Performance Marketer is responsible for all paid marketing channels (now 15, of which Google Shopping, paid social and affiliates are the most important) in all countries; currently the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. She/he has the analytical capacity to delve deeply into the data and at the same time the strategic qualities to lay down a clear roadmap for the coming years. The Junior Performance Marketer reports to the Head of Revenue and leads a team of two to three Performance Marketers and Business Analysts.

With complex customer journeys and a rapidly growing range of more than 30,000 products, it is a complex puzzle to determine the right combination of channels, campaigns, budget and message for each customer and each product. Together with her/his team, the Senior Performance Marketer sets up the right tests for this, runs projects, measures the results (ROAS, CLTV and CPO) and adjusts where necessary. All this from in-depth analyzes and data-driven insights to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the channels.

The Junior Performance Marketer works closely with colleagues in Product Marketing, Analytics and Tech. She/he also frequently interacts with external partners, for example when it comes to developing a Customer Data Platform and setting up a state-of-the-art attribution model.

NADUVI has already made considerable strides in performance marketing. The Junior Performance Marketer is therefore given the task – with her/his deep expertise – to bring the performance from good to great. A challenging task that means the difference between 'having fun' and 'being smarter than the rest'; the difference between Premier League and Champions League.

Candidate Profile

  • 2+ years of work experience in B2C performance marketing
  • Experience with SEM, display, retargeting and affiliates
  • Knowledge of channels, especially: Google Shopping, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest
  • Analytical
  • Experience with Excel, Google Analytics and marketing platform (including Google Ads and Business Manager)
