Do you have a strong entrepreneurial drive, a commercial mindset and are you a real relationship builder? Join our team and seize the opportunity to become our first Customer Success Manager.

Amberscript’s customer base is growing rapidly and we are looking for our first Customer Success Manager to engage our 300 most important clients, to find upsell opportunities and to enable our partners and customers to use our product to its full potential.

In this role you will work closely together with the CCO to become a real export for speech-to-text solutions. With a consultative approach, you will understand the business goals for our customers and find ways on how Amberscript can enable them to achieve this goal.

You will build long-lasting relationships with your portfolio and find upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase renewal rates.

The ideal candidate has a strong entrepreneurial drive to set up Amberscript’s Customer Success team from scratch. Fluency in languages such as Dutch, German or French is a plus.

Together with one of our co-founders, you will define and implement processes which drive the engagement and happiness of our customers.

WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE

  • Become an expert on transcription, subtitling, and speech-to-text technology after 3 months
  • Build a strong relationship with your portfolio of Amberscript’s top 300 customers with 1 year
  • Become a trusted advisor to our customers and generate feedback from our customers to our product teams
  • Set up account development plans with our key accounts
  • Conceptualize and implement Customer Success processes together with Amberscript’s CCO

YOUR PROFILE

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer success, sales, consulting or a start-up environment
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive – you will be the first to join and set up our customer success team
  • Commercial mindset with the drive to make our customers successful
  • Ability to build a trusted relationship with our key customers by understanding our customer’s business model and by articulating how Amberscript helps our customers to achieve their goals
  • String empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth of a start-up
  • Eagerness to learn and to continuously improve
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Fluency in more languages (German, Dutch, French, Spanish) is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business-related studies
