Yuki is looking for a proactive Growth Hacker who can steer the successful organisation in our end-user strategy. Job Description

As Growth Hacker you will focus on developing, testing and implementing new growth programs for Yuki in the Netherlands, Belgium and Spain. You will work closely together with the local different marketing, sales and product (development) teams.

In this challenging role you will accelerate growth by using metrics and creative, innovative marketing strategies and technologies. You will be evaluating platform traffic, customer usage and other data sets to find the right mix between customer engagement, conversion rates and upsell. Together with the teams you will constantly utilize the newest technologies to enhance Yuki’s relationships with entrepreneurs.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute a game-changing growth strategy towards entrepreneurs;
  • Continuously optimize the performance of online campaigns and sharing your knowledge across the international businesses;
  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales and product teams to develop the right customer journeys and optimization of our customer experience;
  • Develop, lead and execute creative acquisition and cross sell campaigns across multiple channels and in-app.

Your profile:

  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ work experience;
  • Growth mindset and experienced with lead generation and account-based marketing tools- and processes;
  • Able to set strategic directions and manage B2B go-to-market campaigns that require input and execution from cross-functional teams;
  • Comfortable in translating large datasets, from different platforms, tools and databases into actionable insights;
  • Excellent communication skills with a fluency in Dutch.
