Scaling up!

We are looking for a Growth Marketer to work in a growth marketing team, creating marketing automation campaigns and running multiple online paid channels, such as Linkedin, SEA facebook and Youtube, for multiple international markets.

What do we expect from you?

As a Growth Marketer at Incision, you will be responsible for email automations for acquisition as well as user engagement. You will also work with the content manager to set up, run and optimise paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention. You are a commercial thinker and a true team-player. You have some experience in growth marketing, specifically with email automation, and you would love to use this to support op mission. You have a growth and data-driven mindset.

On a more detailed level, you will:

  • Set up, optimise and execute paid advertising campaigns on Linkedin, facebook, youtube and SEA
  • Set up an A/B testing framework for all campaigns together with our Head of Growth
  • Analyse performance of campaigns and suggest improvements and new hypotheses
  • Set up, execute and optimise email automation for user engagement together with the Customer Success team
  • Set up, execute and optimise email automation for B2B acquisition campaigns

What do we expect from you?

  • You have > 2 years growth marketing experience in a tech company
  • You have a self starter mentality, hands-on;
  • High attention to detail;
  • You are comfortable working with data and tooling like Google Analytics and Google Data Studio;
  • You have experience in setting up experiments and know how to analyse the results;
  • HubSpot experience is a plus, as this is our key system.
  • If you are familiar with frameworks like Value Proposition, AARRR funnel and Growth Loops, that is a plus
  • You are English, both written and verbally. Fluent in Dutch is a plus
  • You do have a permission to work and reside in the Netherlands as as this point in time we cannot support you in arranging this.
