All about the role

As our BI Analyst: BRG Marketing, you produce brilliant insights for our Branded Restaurant Groups team. Using a range of internal and external tools, platforms and strategies, you’re able to guide our joint business plans with leading global restaurant chains. The goal is to increase the success of our main KPIs: orders, customer acquisition and frequency.

Working with local and global BI teams, you build the basics for our strategy. That means owning and monitoring key efficiency metrics like CPA and CPO, identifying improvement and growth opportunities and providing insights and recommendations for the business.

As a talented analyst, you’re able to provide the metric framework for stakeholders and use training and community building to ensure adoption. Meanwhile, you’re able to support your own team by training them on how to use relevant data and analytics tools.

In this varied role, we’re also counting on you to:

  • Analyse global success stories & compare data to extract conclusions and scale best practices
  • Offer valuable insights on the metrics that drive growth for the QRS sector and find joint opportunities & common ground
  • Own the team metrics, definition book, metric tree, interactive standardised reports and dashboards
  • Proactively monitor metrics & KPIs, to detect opportunities and deviations and propose solutions
  • Support key analytics projects with actionable insights and data products
  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to build a marketing spend framework that guides our decision-making and maximises efficiency
  • Provide rock-solid, data-based arguments to support joint business planning with external stakeholders
  • Cultivate an incrementality mindset within the department, helping to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Work effectively with colleagues across our global Analytics team, set up in a hub and spoke model

Can you deliver…

Here are the skills we need from you:

  • 4+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in an FMCG and/or Ecommerce environment
  • Expertise regarding Consumer and B2B Insights, as well as broad knowledge across Marketing disciplines
  • Able to transform complex data analysis into actionable insights that guide our joint business strategy with BRGs & provide compelling selling points
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a range of stakeholders & create networks
  • An academic degree in Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, AI or another field focused on quantitative analytics
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, and good knowledge of another data analytics tool, such as R, Python, SPSS, SAS
  • Knowledge of big data methodologies and tools, e.g. AppAnnie, Google Trends, Nielsen media tracking
  • Able to produce in-depth analyses of topics like customer lifetime value, cohort analysis, customer segmentation, customer churn modelling, channel attribution
  • Experience with using data analysis in a commercial environment
  • Perfect English language skills (written & spoken). Additional languages are an advantage
