It is an exciting time to join IMCD, while we’re embarking on a Digital Transformation journey. As B2B Channel Manager you will be a valuable addition to the core of our growing cross-channel Digital Marketing team. Based in Rotterdam and reporting to the Group Director Digital Marketing, the position is responsible for driving the success of the MyIMCD channel – our B2B customer portal. You will have the amazing opportunity to help shapen this newly created position within our fast growing global organization. As the MyIMCD Subject Matter Expert you will get the chance to work with a variety of highly knowledgable and passionate stakeholders around the world such as Sales, (Digital) Marketing and the Salesforce team. The objective of this dynamic role is to continuously grow the number of users, conversions & transactions, adoption, initiate new data-driven functionalities & customer on-boarding strategies and optimize the User Experience. Your responsibilities

  • Key role in the Digital Marketing team and driver of the customer experience, conversions and transactions on the MyIMCD channel
  • Drive internal adoption through partnering with a variety of stakeholders in the Group, countries and Business
  • Groups, providing direction and support to reach the targets
  • Initiate, test and roll-out of customer on-boarding and activation strategies
  • Create data-driven initiatives for new functionalities and closely collaborate with the Salesforce team on the technical development and Digital Designer on the User Interface
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Salesforce and Integration teams on the connectivity with the Digital Marketing strategy, business guidance and other assets
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to define customer engagement programs and cross-channel awareness & on-boarding campaigns
  • Act as linking pin between Sales, Digital Marketing and Salesforce teams, create internal awareness on the channel proposition and educate internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders on conducting qualitative and quantative (internal and external) researches and analysis
  • Monitor and analyze statistics, conversions, customer behaviour and translate data into opportunities to improve activation, login frequency and conversion rates
  • Proactively provide stakeholders with actionable insights through business analytics dashboards

Your profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • 3-5 years in a similar role within an international organization (B2B is a plus)
  • Excellent command of English – must be fluent in writing as well as spoken (native speaker is a plus)
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing & channel management, platform adoption, change management
  • Excellent understanding of integrated customer journeys, customer experience, onboarding and lead generation
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau CRM, Google Analytics, Hotjar and other dashboarding systems
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
