As B2B Channel Manager you will be a valuable addition to the core of our growing cross-channel Digital Marketing team. Based in Rotterdam and reporting to the Group Director Digital Marketing, the position is responsible for driving the success of the MyIMCD channel – our B2B customer portal. You will have the amazing opportunity to help shapen this newly created position within our fast growing global organization. As the MyIMCD Subject Matter Expert you will get the chance to work with a variety of highly knowledgable and passionate stakeholders around the world such as Sales, (Digital) Marketing and the Salesforce team. The objective of this dynamic role is to continuously grow the number of users, conversions & transactions, adoption, initiate new data-driven functionalities & customer on-boarding strategies and optimize the User Experience.
