Which team will you become part of?

You will become part of the ‘People & Processes’ Circle. This team is responsible to build the organisation around the Lightyear One (the product we are developing, building and selling). It’s our mission to develop and maintain a flexible, scalable and sustainable organisation to deliver clean mobility to everyone, everywhere. To reach this mission, we continuously need to be able to understand the (fast changing) context and the users and stakeholders of your ‘product’ (i.e. the organisation). One of the tools we use to keep track on this is a quarterly ‘culture scan’.


Your personal mission

At Lightyear we want to design and keep an organisation(al) culture which enables a high performance workforce. To keep track we have a culture scan which measures our performance on three levels (organisation, team and individual). Based on these outcomes we can track changes and set (priorities for) improvements.


We would like someone to help re-evaluate the set-up of the scan, the frequency of the questions and the statistical analysis behind it (including creating valuable insights of both quantitative and qualitative data). Besides that we would like to decide if we are going to measure all three levels via the same questionnaire or via different channels and/or frequencies.

  • Thoroughly review methodology of the culture scan to be able to identify improvement possibilities
  • Identifying what research is further needed to gain even more actionable insights and recommendations, shape research and ensure execution according to best practice.
  • Working collaboratively with the People and Processes team, create innovative ways to communicate outcomes of Scan in a comprehensible way for the Lightyear employees.


Requirements in order to achieve your personal mission

  • Master thinking level
  • Statistical analysis skills (and knowledge of e.g. R, SPSS,..) and visualisation skills
  • Affinity with (organisational)culture
  • Research for Business
