The role:

Web analytics intern will work closely with a team of product analysts to help with data-quality projects, insights generation, and a/b testing. The ideal candidate is pursuing a master's in math/data science or digital advertising research and measurement and is passionate about data-driving insights.

Your Challenge:

  • Provide support to the product analytics team to improve data quality, setup monitoring dashboards, do quality assurance testing, debugging in the browser
  • Analyze data using Google Analytics, Looker, and BigQuery, report on customer behavior insights, funnels, segments
  • Analyze A/B test data and report on results
  • Build short and long term dashboards, topic will depend on priority

What you bring to the table

  • Data-driven mindset, attention to details, experience in organizing and analyzing data
  • Communication and time management skills
  • Experience with Google Spreadsheets / Excel
  • Experience with Google Analytics & SQL as a bonus
  • You are enrolled in a master's degree in mathematics/data science and looking for an internship to gain experience in the analytics field
  • You are a real team player, motivated and pro-active
  • You are available to work full-time for at least 5 months.
  • You are excellent in speaking & writing English. Speaking Dutch is not a requirement.

Working in the office or from home

Under normal circumstances, we would be welcoming you to our top floor office overlooking Amsterdam city, which is located on walking distance from Amsterdam Central Station. Depending on your preferences and on how the Covid-19 situation in the Netherlands evolves, we will be flexible with working out a schedule that works for you - balancing working from home and from the office.
