How You’ll have an Impact: 

You will provide the business with data to aide decision making as well as  guide the organization with insight gleamed from analysis.

Essential Functions:

  • Work with the EU Core Leadership and management daily, completing relevant data requests and queuing / prioritizing proposed solutions.
  • Work with stakeholders to formulate requests.
  • Manage External and Internal Reporting Server for European Business.
  • Ensure that existing tools serve their functions and run efficiently.
  • Test and verify that solutions are performing according to standard and are being utilized.
  • Provide post-production support for reporting tools.
  • Providing key stakeholders with data and insights to guide business strategy and activities
  • Create, deploy and manage the internal and external reporting suite
  • Ensure that external and internal digital solution’s data is managed and drive value.

Essential Competencies:

 Skills

  • Communication – You will be speaking with customers over the phone & face to face.
  • Problem Solving – Ops Reps must be able to critically solve issues as they arise
  • Organization – Prioritization & time management are key
  • Analytical skills and data presentation are key to success.

Language Requirements ​

  • Ability to speak English fluently
  • Additional language proficiency/fluency is a plus

Preferred Education & Experience:

Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite with particular comfort in Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced functions, and manipulation of large datasets) and Tableau is preferred.  Also, a working knowledge of Microsoft SQL or equivalent query language is essential.
