What you’ll do

  • Your role will be to analyzethe currentcommunication and other administrative processes of our team - the People Development team - and try to come up withsolutionsto automate these processes;
  • You will have the opportunity to see your ideas come to light and supervise their implementation within the team;
  • You will also be moderating our OKR (Objectives and Key Results) platform and perform various types of analytical tasks;
  • This is a project internship, meaning that we are fully open to your ideas and suggestions to increase our team effectiveness and well-being. 

What You’ll Need

  • You are a Master or Bachelor student in an HR, business analytics or psychology related field;
  • EU citizenship or enrollment in a Dutch university (to meet work permit regulations);
  • You should be enrolled as a full-time student for the complete duration of the internship;
  • You are fluent in English;
  • You possess good analytical skills;
  • You have a basic understanding of automated processes, and an appetence for innovation and tech related subjects;
  • You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • You are a team player while you also enjoy working independently;
  • You are creative and problem-solving oriented;
  • You master MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word).
