YOUR ROLE 

• Assisting the Regional Head of PPS & Education - Henkel Beauty Care Professional- Western Europe
• Offering continuous support and monitoring the execution of the Western European Countries
• Coordination and steering of projects between Head office & Country teams
• Development of new ideas and business cases specific to the region
• Strong support for running business activities (events, education, ambassadors)
• Project management and analyzing country activities
• Support and monitor digitalization of country teams

YOUR SKILLS 

·Interest in Beauty & Hair Care

·Bachelor or master in the field of Management or Business

·High interest and knowledge in digitalization projects

·Excellent knowledge of English, any other language is an advantage

·Ability to structure and prioritize tasks

·Excellent time management skills

·Ability to work individually while keeping continuous contact with international team

·Positive and proactive attitude

·Social Media savvy 

·Advanced user of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
